Petro and Ilya Slak from the Aesthetic  group were recently in Satka, Russia invited to take part of the second edition of Another Space part of the Satka Street Art festival which this year bears the title “My Satka”.
For the occasion, the two Russian artists decided to paint a diptych on two tall buildings in the Chelyabinsk district. Both pieces are good examples of their work, representing a true expression of a style that evokes the aesthetics of Russian Constructivism and Suprematism, putting them in the avant-garde of the Russian graffiti movement nowadays. Slak’s wall (left part) is 12 x 30 m. whilst Petro’s (right part) is 12 x 33 m tall. Both were completely painted in spray paint and acrylic.
The festival “Other space” is organised with the support of  “Fund Sobranie” from the group “Magnezit” and curated by Valeriya Tsoy.
