After a short stay in the US along with his partner and friend Pablo S. Herrero, David de la Mano is back in Uruguay where he recently finished this new mural in barrio La Teja, a modest neighbourhood in the city of Montevideo.
Curated by architect Gustavo Marzoa and realized thanks to the support and collaboration of the local community, the project was conceived as a way to contribute to the change and development of the area (around Plaza Rodolfo Rincón) that started with the relocation of its population due the detection of high levels of lead in their inhabitants.

The artists would like to thank both Gustavo Marzoa for his work and effort, Mauro Chales, the town councillor and Rodrigo (9 years old)
