Last time I heard from Alberonero was in May this year when he painted a large-scale mural for the Altrove Festival in the City of Catanzaro in Italy (here). Still in Italy, but this time in Mosciamo, Alberonero was invited to take part of the Visione Periferica Festival for which he painted this beautiful piece titled “Largo Castello, 66 tones”.
Alberonero, who lives and works in Lodi, Italy is known for using geometric shapes and color to create provoking in situ murals as well as studio work creating pieces that speak about balance and harmony, just like the one we see here.
