Spanish artist Labuena Ylamala created a few days ago an impressive piece at the heart of an abandoned fabric somewhere in Barcelona.
Titled “Dialelo” the new piece is a mix of mural painting and kinetic sculpture that gives shape to an anamorphic image in movement. This new work follows Labuena Ylamala’s obsession with movement and balance, where an interplay of curves, lines and planes create dynamic sculptures characterised by both linear and volumetric 3D and 2D forms.
Not unlike the rest of her work, “Dialelo” takes the viewer into an exciting journey through a constantly changing visual landscape.
